One of the best chicken rice stalls in PJ. I was first introduced to this stall by my boyfriend. It was love at first bite. From their fragrant rice, to their sumptuous roasted chicken and juicy pork meat, walking under the hot afternoon sun for this is worth every step. But what really keeps customers coming back for more is their special sauce ladled over the chicken rice. Thick and slightly sweet, their signature sauce is different from the others. This stall is pretty well known and without fail every lunch time, the queue is just horrendously long. So be sure to get there early. Also chicken drumsticks (my favorite part) are usually sold out first. The early bird gets the worm!
This is definitely the best chicken rice place in the whole PJ! We are in love with everything they had! Each of them tasted uniquely nice on its own; roasted chicken was crispy, siew yuk was crispy yet tender at the same time, char siew with its gravy tastes just great. We hasn't been able to get any other stalls that is on par with them, probably the only place you see people crazily queueing up just to buy chicken rices. Try to line up at early lunch time before all of the chickens are sold out, thats how popular this place is!
